Swedish Massage
$100 - 60 Minute Session

Swedish Massage is the most common technique offered. It is a great starters massage as it is much more gentle compared to other techniques. Swedish massage can release stress, improve circulation, and overall focuses on relaxation. If you are seeking to relax and reduce stress this might be the choice for you.
Ashiatsu Massage
$120 - 60 Minute Session
Ashiatsu massage is a technique which uses the therapists feet. While standing on the massage table, therapists use bars overhead for balance and control and use their feet to deliver massage. This massage is able to reach the deepest layers of muscle and connective tissue. Ashiatsu is able to loosen up muscles. aid muscle spasms, and aid with range of motion. This is not a light massage. Please discuss with your therapist the level of pressure and keep in communication during your session.
Deep Tissue Massage
$115 - 60 Minute Session
$160 - 90 Minute session
Deep Tissue is a technique that applies stronger pressure. It is a great massage for athletes or to improve chronic pain. As this is a stronger technique please keep in communication with your therapist about the level of pressure or discomfort you may experience. You may also experience soreness the next day much like a day after working out. Deep tissue has many benefits that may include relief from chronic pain, improve injuries or inflammation, and increase range of motion. If you are looking to address chronic pain this could be a great option for you.
Custom Combination Massage

We also offer a combination massage that can include Ashiatsu and deep tissue or Swedish and deep tissue. Work with your therapist to customize your massage to fit your specific needs. Rates may vary as different techniques are used. Please speak with your therapist for your custom massage rate.
